This
will summarize the CAPS presentation on June 29 at the USP
Nomenclature (NOM) Expert Committee
(EC) concerning General Chapter <1> Labeling on
Ferrules and Cap Overseals.

Meeting, June 29-30, 2009
On
May 8, 2009, the USP announced
that the Nomenclature Expert Committee will be reviewing
and considering possible changes to the “Labeling on
Ferrules and Cap Overseals” section of General Chapter
<1> Injections in the United States Pharmacopeia
(USP) at its next meeting, June 29-30, 2009.
Meeting with FDA and CAPS Regarding USP
